The rooms here are spacious and come with WiFi. Some even offer a nice view of the mountains, which is pretty cool! The breakfast served is satisfactory, so you won't go hungry. The staff is very kind and friendly, always quick to help out when needed. it's a solid place to stay. 👍

It´s relly clean, quiet rooms, good location, it´s a nice hotel.

The taxi service from the hotel was extremely expensive. My friend have problems with her credit card from Panama, and the staff didn´t give her any solution. The room service (loundry service) enter to our room without our permition!! and we continue sleeping!!! was so annoying!

This place is beautifully decorated and the service is efficient, with convenient parking; the location is magnificent, just 2 miles away from a large amusement park.

The room we stayed in had a writing desk and a chair, and the location was great, situated in a safe area. Rewritten: Our room had a desk and chair, and the hotel was in a perfect, safe location.

I have stayed at the Camino Real Pedregal 3 times now. The bed is fantastic, the room size is great, the restaurant is very good and the overall ambience is very good. The staff are very friendly and very customer oriented. I have stayed 3 times on different occasions now.

I have stayed at the Camino Real Pedregal 3 times now. The bathroom is always a problem. The sink and the shower stall never drain quickly or cleanly. The overhead shower is always clogged with spray going all over the place, no hand shower is available (which should be, for a price like this). The latest room i stayed at, Room 2906, the bathroom floor tiles were broken. Poor maintenance of a good hotel.
